Today, she shares her best practices for creating a powerful vision board that achieves incredible results.

  1. Use the right pictures.

A lot of people think that creating a successful vision board is as easy as cutting out pretty pictures and gluing them onto a piece of cardboard, but it isn’t. The images you choose must evoke the correct emotions of what you are trying to attract, otherwise your board will not perform properly, explains Juliette. One trick you can use to make sure you’re using images that produce the right emotions is to choose images of someone who looks like you. best result.
  2. Focus on what you want, not what you don’t want.

A common mistake people make when creating a vision board for the first time is focusing on things they don’t want, rather than what they want. For example: Put words like “debt free” on your board, which draws your attention to debt rather than the attraction of money. In this case, you are better off using a phrase like “building wealth” that would help you focus on feeling money rather than drawing your attention to debt.
  3. Pick the right amount of time.

A lot of people tend to focus on vision boards years into the future, but that doesn’t always work in your favor, says Juliette. If you create vision boards that are too far away in the future, they won’t keep you as motivated or inspired and therefore won’t be as effective. I find that 6 to 8 months is the perfect sweet spot that allows you to feel grounded in your vision board and your daily desires.
  4. Create a hard copy, not a digital version.

It’s easy to get caught up in thinking that a digital board will work as well as a flip chart, but Juliette thinks otherwise. When you create a digital board, you’re less likely to look at it every day and give it the time and attention it needs to function. Also, when you set aside time to create a flip chart, you allow yourself to connect with your desires on a deeper level, which will increase your chances of manifesting what you want.
  5. Make sure to save it.

Once you’ve created your vision board, it’s important that you do the right energetic work to back it up, explains Juliette. This could include things like daily meditation, affirmations, visualization, and making sure that you stay in a state of surrender, as surrender is a necessary part of manifesting what you want.
