JOLIET, IL – A 46-year-old Joliet resident who lives in the 100 block of North Hickory Street was arrested this week by Joliet Police in connection with a theft that occurred last month at the Eye 2 Eye Vision Center at 2537 Plainfield Road, court documents reflect.
Terrell Grigsby was jailed on Sunday and then paid 10 percent of his $ 100,000 bond. The criminal complaint accuses him of two counts of theft in the retail trade.
According to court records, Grisgby, on April 2, “knowingly took possession of (…) several pairs of Gucci eye frames, the total retail value of which exceeds $ 300, with the intention of permanently depriving the trader in the possession, use or benefit of these goods … “
